Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable due to materials purchased in advance and the loss of business for a reserved event date that could have otherwise been booked by another client.
This policy helps ensure fairness and allows us to continue providing quality service to all clients.

Peysha Puff Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion. If service is refused after booking due to circumstances beyond our control or violations of this policy, deposits and payments will be handled in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.
